Dental Work Warranty

Dental Tourism Colombia provides limited warranty coverage for eligible dental work beginning on the date treatment is completed.

Warranty Periods

• All porcelain restorations: 1-year warranty
• Dental implants: 3-year warranty
• Composite veneers: No warranty

Conditions of Coverage

Warranty coverage depends on maintaining appropriate dental care, including regular brushing and flossing, and following the dentist’s instructions for protecting your dental work.

Patients should avoid behaviors that can damage dental restorations, such as biting very hard objects or using their teeth to open objects. The warranty does not cover accidental or traumatic damage, including damage caused by being hit in the mouth.

If a Problem Occurs

Contact your Dental Tourism Colombia coordinator so your case can be reviewed. Coverage is not automatic, and Dental Tourism Colombia will determine whether the specific issue qualifies under the applicable warranty terms.

If a problem is determined to be covered, Dental Tourism Colombia will redo the covered dental work at no charge.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Return airfare to Colombia
• Hotel or accommodation expenses
• Other travel expenses
• Treatment or repairs performed by another dentist
• Reimbursement for treatment performed elsewhere
• Refunds
